The service

Podcast Studio ("we", "us") generates podcast episode scripts and narrated audio from the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction, and hosts the resulting episodes with a public page and RSS feed. You ("you", "the customer") pay per script generated and per audio produced at the rates published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may only generate episodes from brains your Ounie account can access. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated episodes inherit whatever rights you hold in the underlying brain content; what you publish, and your right to distribute it, are your responsibility.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — a per-script price plus an audio price based on the characters synthesized — reserved when the work starts and settled on what actually generates. Thin material that produces no script is not charged. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

Audio & voices

Narration is produced by a third-party text-to-speech provider using stock voices. You are responsible for how you use and distribute the generated audio, and for complying with the applicable voice and platform terms.

Refunds

Failed generations are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed), and you are never charged for a script or audio that wasn't produced. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
